Refund Policy:
Reservation Fees are refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to reservation date. There is a $ 10.00 processing fee for all reservation refunds. Any reservation canceled within the 7-day period will not be refunded, but can be applied to a future stay within 12 months of the original reservation dates. The reservation fee is not transferable.
Pet Policy:
Pets are permitted but must be less than 5 pounds; pets must be controlled and cleaned up after by the guest. Any pets deemed inhospitable to management or other guests will not be permitted to stay on the property. A Pet Deposit of $ 200.00 is required and returned upon checkout after inspection of Villas furniture and physical structure.
Early Departure Policy:
Any guest reserving over 1 month that wishes or is required to depart prior to the end of the reservation period outline when booking their stay will provide at least 30 days notice. If 30 days notice is provided, we will prorate the stay based on monthly rates. All other early departures under 1 month will be prorated based on daily rates. We do ask guests who decide to stay LONGER than originally planned to please provide as much notice as possible. If we are able to accommodate your request we will do so.
Guest Conduct Expectations:
We pride ourselves in providing a safe and quiet atmosphere while our guests are at Norma’s Villas. Since we at Norma’s also reside on property we do our best to accommodate and make each stay as pleasant as possible. No illegal activities are permitted while residing at Norma’s Villas; this includes all laws in accordance to Costa Rica criminal statutes. Anyone found to be in violation of any criminal statutes will be required to leave immediately. Any guests deemed unruly or inhospitable to management or other guests may be asked to leave, any refunds will be applied in accordance with the early departure policy.
